1. Return Eligibility

  • Our products are non-returnable & non-refundable
  • In case of damage, the products are eligible for replace following the certain process of submitting the appropriate evidence.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items (such as customized or perishable goods) are non-returnable. Please refer to the Non-Returnable Items section below.

2. How to Initiate a Replacement

  • Provide your order details and reason for the replacement.
  • Our team will guide you on the next steps and provide you with a replacement shipping label if applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Our products are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide details of the issue along with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.

 8. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is returned outside of the specified timeframe.
  • For international orders, return shipping costs and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
